Michael (he/him) is a registered clinical psychologist. Michael’s work experience since 2012 spans a diverse range of clinical services. He has worked in public hospital services, covering mental health, drug and alcohol, and chronic pain clinics. He's worked within several psychology practices. He has worked extensively within Australian high-performance sporting organisations. Providing well-being and performance psychology support to athletes, coaches, and high-performance staff. Michael is also pursuing a PhD focused on how mobile health (mHealth) supports can improve chronic pain.

Michael draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Schema and Narrative Therapies. He's particularly passionate about the intersection of psychology and physical health, offering guidance to those looking to improve sleep, manage pain, enhance exercise habits, or cope with chronic illness.
